Blexor aims to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA across getblexor.com and the Blexor rider and driver apps. Accessibility is a continuous effort, and we're actively improving in these areas:

• ▸Sufficient color contrast on the dark UI; tested against the gold accent and muted text tokens.
• ▸Keyboard-navigable menus, forms, and disclosures across the marketing site.
• ▸Screen-reader-friendly labels on interactive elements and ARIA attributes where appropriate.
• ▸Mobile apps respect OS-level text-size and dynamic-type settings.
• ▸Wheelchair-accessible vehicle (WAV) requests where Driver supply is available — see in-app vehicle options.

Service animals

Riders travelling with a service animal are always welcome, and every Blexor driver is required to accept them. A service animal rides in the vehicle with you at no extra charge. There is no pet fee, no cleaning surcharge, and no need to disclose anything in advance.

Drivers may not refuse a trip because of a service animal, and may not ask you for certification, an ID card, or any proof that the animal is trained. Where it isn't obvious what the animal does, a driver may ask only two things: whether the animal is required because of a disability, and what task it has been trained to perform. They may not ask about your disability.

Allergies, a fear of dogs, or a personal preference are not grounds to refuse the trip. A driver who declines a rider with a service animal is in breach of our driver terms, and we act on those reports.

If a driver refuses you, cancels on arrival, or asks you to pay extra because of a service animal, tell us at accessibility@getblexor.com with the date and pickup location, and we will investigate.
