Privacy Policy
Effective: June 1, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Blexor LLC (“Blexor”, “we”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information about riders and drivers who use our platform (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information we collect
We collect three categories of information.
You give it to uswhen you create an account, request rides, complete driver onboarding, contact support, or respond to surveys. This includes name, email, phone, date of birth, profile photo, payment method, and — for drivers — driver's license, vehicle documents, and tax information.
We collect automatically when you use the Service: device identifiers, app version and OS, IP address, approximate and precise location while the app is in use, ride request and trip history, bid history, ratings, and crash and diagnostic data.
We receive from third parties as part of operating the Service: background-check results from our verification partners, identity verification results, payment confirmations and payout status from Stripe, and map and routing data from Google Maps.
2. How we use information
- To match riders with drivers and operate the Blexor marketplace.
- To process payments, fees, tips, and payouts.
- To verify driver eligibility (background check, license, insurance, vehicle).
- To communicate with you about trips, account activity, support requests, and material changes to the Service.
- To investigate fraud, safety incidents, and policy violations.
- To improve the Service: routing, ETAs, matching quality, app stability.
- To comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests.
3. How we share information
We share what is necessary to make the Service work — and not more.
- Between rider and driver: first names, photos, ratings, vehicle and license-plate info, and pickup/drop-off locations needed to complete a trip.
- Service providers: Stripe (payments), our background-check partner, Google Maps (routing), our cloud and email providers, and customer-support tooling. They are contractually limited to processing data on our behalf.
- Law enforcement and legal process: when required by valid legal process, to protect our rights, or to address imminent harm.
- Corporate transactions: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice to you where required.
We do not sell personal information.
Mobile information and SMS data. No mobile information — including your phone number and your SMS/text-messaging opt-in or consent — will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We may share mobile information with service providers (subcontractors such as our SMS provider and customer-support tooling) strictly to operate the messaging features of the Service on our behalf. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never sold or shared with any third parties for their own marketing.
4. Your choices and rights
You can:
- Access, correct, or update most account information in the app.
- Request deletion of your account by emailing privacy@getblexor.com. We retain trip and payment records as required by tax, financial, and safety regulations.
- Disable precise location at the OS level. Without precise location, riders cannot be matched and drivers cannot bid.
- Opt out of non-essential email by using the unsubscribe link in any marketing message. Operational messages (trip receipts, support replies) cannot be opted out of while your account is active.
Residents of California, the EU, the UK, and certain other jurisdictions may have additional rights under local law (such as access, portability, deletion, and the right to object to certain processing). To exercise these rights, contact privacy@getblexor.com.
5. Data retention
We keep account information for as long as your account is active, plus the period required for tax, financial, safety, and recordkeeping obligations. After deletion, residual copies in backups are purged on a normal cycle.
6. Security
We use industry-standard technical and organizational measures — encryption in transit, encryption at rest for sensitive fields, role-based access, and audit logging. No system is perfectly secure; we will notify affected users if a breach occurs that triggers a notification obligation.
7. Children
The Service is not for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact privacy@getblexor.com and we will delete it.
8. International transfers
Blexor operates in the United States and processes data in the United States. If you use the Service from outside the US, your information will be transferred to and processed in the US.
9. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy. Material changes will be announced through the app or by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
10. Text messaging (SMS)
Blexor sends SMS text messages for account security and verification — for example, one-time passcodes to verify your phone number at sign-up, confirm sign-in from a new device, reset your password, and authorize changes to sensitive account settings such as payout or tax details. You provide your mobile number and consent to receive these messages when you create a Blexor account.
These are transactional messages; we do not send marketing or promotional text messages under this program. Message frequency varies based on your account activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of text messages at any time, or HELP for help. As stated in “How we share information” above, your mobile number and SMS consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
